We hosted poker night Saturday evening. I got caught putting groceries in the car just as the sky opened up. I was wearing a white t-shirt. Oops! I made everyone a lovely strawberry shortcake that mom would be so proud of.

Woke up to a perfect golfing day. Hence, we managed to hit a bucket of balls at the driving range. I also bought a 3-pack of lessons and my new putter: Ping Piper G2i. I just can't seem to miss with that putter.

We then spent the afternoon on Thompson Island playing bocci, watching volleyball and more importantly, eating lobster, clams and corn on the cob. The afternoon was topped off with a ferry ride back and vanilla soft serve mixed with a butterfinger. YUM!
